面试周期是最短的，除了笔试前的海面外。笔试后一周就通知了二面，二面分为了两个部分，首先是两个考官的结构化面试，先是自我介绍之后会有各种问题。问题也是五花八门，如果这一关过了的话就到第二部分去另一个会议室见人力头头，这关个人感觉就是刷脸
