面试过程 先是再猎聘网上投的简历，10天后HR打了5分钟电话让我上官网去投简历；又过了1，2天左右另一个HR还是同一个约面试因为当时正在面试其它公司所以改了时间到周一； 周一15分钟全中文 - 特别基础的问题，没有什么behavior questions; 又过了5天第一轮正式电话全英面试；今天第二轮电话面试；周五要第三次onsite 面试
