一面：电话HR面试。相对较为轻松，主要聊简历上的内容，为什么选择久谦，以及对于咨询工作和所报的项目的目的等。然后问下可以实习的具体时间
二面：一个傍晚，视频面试，面试官还可以，看起来年纪不大的，没有自我介绍，问了一些case，对比不同线下零售店的区别，问了market sizing题，问了数学计算题。
HR人很好，最后会给到面试没有通过的原因以及反馈。
Q:自我介绍，说自我介绍下，然后围绕着简历的一些提了一些问题.
Q:实习经历，问的并不是很多，因为自己的实习经历不是很多。然后问下本专业的东西。
Q:线下奶茶对比。主要考察从哪些维度分析，以及分析的深度
Q:估算上海充电桩的规模。正常的market sizing题啦
Q:计算数学题。就是正常的心算题。

先电话面试询问基本情况，确认简历信息。之后有跟团队成员之间视频面对面的聊。第一波是岗位低些的两个人，第二波是manager级别的两个人。两拨人问了差不多的问题，介绍自身背景，经历，问为何会想去盐湖城，对岗位的了解，为什么觉得自己能胜任这个岗位，然后都从他们的角度对部门和岗位需求对我进行说明。
面试官问的面试题： 介绍自身背景，经历，问为何会想去盐湖城，对岗位的了解，为什么觉得自己能胜任这个岗位，未来3，5年目标，听了介绍以后对这个岗位有什么想法，基本问题就这些，地理位置比较偏所以面试轮数不多，问题不算难。过程中面试官说的比我回答的时间长，很详细的给我讲诉了他们的日常工作和工作环境。
