Describe an instance where you made effective use of facts to secure the agreement of others. When I still was a sophomore, I was the minister of life in our school. Each year, our life department would hold fire drill activities together with fire brigade. However, the leader in our school decided to cancel the activity because of safety problem, since there was a department of jumping from the building. But I thought it was necessary to hold this kind of activities. Then I carried out a survey about fire knowledge. The result showed that the students known little about escape from the fire scene. I told the leaders the result and said things would be more dangerous if the fire broke out. And we have a lot of measures to protect our volunteers. After my persuasion and a period of consideration, they agreed with my idea. Finally, we held this activity on time and successfully.
