视频vi面试，需要进入邮件发送pymetrics链接进行，一开始会有一个练习环节，可以练习到满意为止再开始。开始面试之后一共会有六个问题，都是英文问答，面试官说完问题之后会给三分钟的思考和准备时间，然后再开始录制，每个问题的回答限制为一分钟。问题比较标准，属于实现可以准备的那种。

1. Introduce yourself in 1 minute & why you applied for this MT program?
2. Share a situation show your ownership & the outcome?
3. Share a situation that you collaborated with someone whose opinion was very different than yours to achieve a goal & the outcome?
4. What do you think are the challenges Kraft Heinz and similar businesses face for sustainable growth?
5. How did you approach a challenge where the usual approach did not work & the outcome?
6. Understanding of the manufacturing function and are you willing in a plant in any location?
