化工操作员（岗位职责）

职位描述

岗位职责：

1、协助研发工程师进行工艺方案优化，按项目要求完成实验过程；
2、负责实验室设备的日常维护和工艺操作的监控；
3、负责小试（中试）线所有线路的开发工作；

4、解决实验中出现的部分问题，并善于总结；

5、清晰地完成实验记录，实验报告书；

6、根据项目安排，合理设计实验方案并实施；

7、根据公司要求，及时地总结工作，上交实验数据资料。

任职要求：
1、专业要求：生物制药、制药工程、药剂学等相关专业；
2、有工作经验者优先考虑；
3、学历要求：专科以上学历。专业成绩良好，性格开朗，仪表大方，语言表达能力、沟通能力、理解能力强，具备良好管理潜能，有很强的持续学习能力。熟悉化工生产线工艺控制、现场管理，具有扎实的理论基础和现场分析解决问题的能力。
4、性别要求：性别不限

基本要求
