5、水压试验,油漆等。

6、熟悉压力容器、管道、阀门、泵的检验流程和要求；
7、对压力容器管道、管道、阀门、泵对应的国内和国际规范（ASME、API和GB150等）熟悉；
8、能编制质量质量记录文件。

任职资格：
1、有内审员或外审员证书；
2、需要CWI（注册焊接检验师）证书；
3、有RT 证书；
6、懂压力容器与管道熟悉AMSE标准；
7、英语可做工作语言或6级以上；
8、最好有外企工作经验或与外企施工单位工作经验。

项目质量工程师（岗位职责）

职位描述

Main Responsibility:

1. Is the keeper of customer satisfaction through product quality.

2. Define quality and reliability objectives

3. Define, monitor and drive quality improvement plan

4. Define project quality plan

5. Analyse customer specifications

6. Coordinate the product and test equipments validation activities with the laboratory

7. Manage risk analysis, and project quality assurance files (Design FMEA, Design Verification Plan...)

8. Define prototype control plan, and validate the control plan for serial production

9. Ensure the good application of project Quality tools (QRQC methodology, TRAQ database,..)

10. Prepare Customer Initial Sample file, and obtain internal and Customer approvals

11. Respond to Customer Quality issues during project development

12. Follow the non conformity during product development and lead the related QRQC

13. Manage the analysis of warranty return

14. Manage the IMDS data base for the new products and interface with customers

Qualification:
1. At least 3years experience in the Automotive industry (in functions such as Production Quality engineer, Customer quality engineer, SQE…)

2. Strong ability to work under press, flexible, reliable, team player.

3. Communication skills to obtain timely information from different areas and customers.

4. Chinese Language + good level English language are mandatory.
