精算师（岗位职责）

岗位职责：

1.    Under the leadership of the Insurance Technical Director, accountable for the execution and implementation of motor insurance rating program. Ensures regulatory compliance with CIRC

2.    Preparation of motor insurance rating and pricing filing

3.    Develop automated pricing model to support customer self-service

4.    Define and design of data base and system to track performance of the rating variables

5.    Define analytical methods and tools to monitor rate adequacy, production and loss ratio forecasts

6.    Produce monthly pricing performance analytical report

7.    Make recommendation on corrective actions to improve commercial results

Liaison with outside consulting actuary

任职要求：

Technical Qualifications & Experience:

·        Motor pricing experience; Shandong preferred

·        Skilled in SAS or other statistical analysis model

·        Ability to assimilate, interpret and extrapolate data

·        Experience in defining and designing automated rating system to support customer self-service for quote and bind

·        Work in team and with external service providers to deliver commercial results

Relationship Requirements:

·        Good relationships within peers within the various functional areas of Project Muralla

·        Strong knowledge of motor pricing methods

·        Connections into the technical functions and teams of the leading Chinese insurance companies

Languages:

·        Native Putonghua; Spanish or English

·        Working ability in English if Putonghua native (and vice versa) Spanish an advantage

1、分析研究公司、行业数据，根据公司发展战略和市场需求，负责进行公司产品的业务定位和经营策略等工作；

2、为相关部门提供精算技术支持，建立并完善精算管理体系、制度、流程；

3、定期输出分析报告，包括业绩分析、市场研究、活动效果评估等，为公司营销策略、产品方向、运作支持等方面提供决策建议；

4、根据业务部门需求，充分利用过去和现有数据资源，进行数据提取、整理和挖掘，建立合适的分析模型评估整体业务的发展趋势；

5、对公司各层面运营工作提供数据分析，形成报表，为公司的商业计划、预算管理、财务报告、投资决策、偿付能力、价值评估等提供专业技术支持；

职位要求：

1、相关专业毕业（精算、数学、统计、经济学、财务管理等）本科以上学历，硕士学历优先；

2、获得相关的精算师证书或学习相关精算考试课程，具有三年以上相关工作经验；

3、具有强大的数据处理能力，独立的行情研究判断能力，较强的沟通协作能力；

4、工作积极主动、踏实，有很强的责任心，具备良好的团队协作精神；

5、有互联网、电信、保险、金融行业精算经验者优先。

1、  负责制定准备金评估、产品定价、价值计算等相关政策及实施工作；

2、  构建风险、生存等各种模型，设计保险产品，计算保险费率；

3、  参与经营分析工作；

4、  参与公司预算、核算、考核等工作。

岗位要求：

1、精算、保险、统计、数学等相关专业毕业生；
2、8年以上大型金融公司同岗位工作经验；
3、获得中国精算师资格、准精算师资格证书者优先；
4、掌握经济学理论，精通精算数学，了解金融市场，熟悉我国保险监管相关法律；
5、强大的数据处理能力，独立的行情研究判断能力，较强的沟通协作能力

2、能够评估产品定价标准与假设，根据经验数据定期重新审定产品定价；
3、根据公司实际的实际经验，运用合理的未来假设，负责实施负债端现金流预测，为公司的商业计划、预算管理、财务报告、投资决策、偿付能力、价值评估提供专业技术支持；
4、负责计算逻辑的梳理、复杂算法的分析与应用、风险&信用等模型的设计；
5、为相关部门提供产品材料，完成精算技术支持，熟练掌握精算技术方法。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，相关专业毕业（金融、保险精算、数理统计、风险管理等）；
2、获得相关的精算师证书，或学习相关精算考试课程，具有相关工作经验；
3、具备良好的逻辑分析能力、较强的分析能力和沟通能力；
4、工作积极主动、踏实，有很强的责任心，具备良好的团队协作精神。
