Qualification: 条件:

1 Education: BS, BA degree with courses in management, behavioral sciences or comparable experiences.
教育程度:本科文凭,文理不限,管理,组织行为或相关专业。

2 Experiences: Background with proven success in retail service or other service business.
工作经验:具有在零售或其它服务行业的成功业务经验。

3 Other requirements: a person who has positive working attitude and approach with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:职责:

1 Respond to customer on all service orders (either written at the store or at delivery) within 24 hours of receiving the service request.
在接到顾客服务要求后24小时内,对所有要求(无论是书面订单要求或送货要求)作出及时反应。

2 Maintain constant communication with the customer with regard to their service order. Inform them of expected time frame and any unexpected delays.
与顾客就服务订单保持持续沟通,并将服务预期时间及任何意外延误等信息,及时告知顾客。

3 Handle all necessary SSR paperwork and insure that all RGA merchandise is sent back to Logistics Center in timely manner.
处理所有必要的销售服务文件,并确保所有“退货”产品及时有序送回物流中心。

4 Insure that SSR parts are received in a timely manner and coordinate with warehouse manager to make necessary repairs.
及时接收销售服务零部件,并与库房经理协调沟通进行必要的修补工作。

5 Maintain accurate service records in footnote section of computer. This will enable the technicians, delivery personnel and sales managers to have accurate information to give the customer.
为便于技术人员,配送人员及销售经理为顾客提供准确无误的信息,客服经理应注意维护电脑中备注部分的服务档案。

6 Schedule in-home appointments for technicians. Also coordinate with warehouse manager to schedule repairing in the warehouse.
为技术人员制定入户拜访日程,并与库房经理协调沟通,制定维修计划与日程表。
