REPORTS TO 汇报对象:PRODUCTION DIRECTOR 总经理/总监


I. GENERAL DEerrorscriptION 总述
He\She is responsible of the assigned production program development and stability, coordinating personnel under his\her charge efforts and of the support departments, to satisfactory execute the program. Directs and coordinates the production activities in the different shifts controlling direct labor efficiency, quality standards and operation costs.

II. SPECIFIC DEerrorscriptION 具体职责
DAILY OR CONTINUOS FUNCTIONS日常或持续性的职责
1. Elaborates a production plan based in the received inerrorformation from the program administrator and the production program supervisors, considering necessary resources availability and the established priorities.
以从计划管理员生产线计划总监处获得的信息为基础制定生产计划,充分考虑必要资源的可能性以及通常优先顺序。
2. Daily verifies that travelers or work orders are generated and received on time to subsequently assign them to the concerned cells.
日常需要确认报表或者工作指令是否及时制作并收发,并随后将工作委派到相关生产小组。
3. Daily verifies materials and required masters existence. In case of discrepancies, looks for the quick supply with materials direction or quality direction.
日常需要确认材料是否到位、所需指导员是否在岗。如果产生问题,快速寻求材料部门或者质量部门的帮助。
4. Plans with supervisors and cell leaders journal based on normal work orders and to the urgent work orders that arise, either of this\her program or supporting to other programs, as well as the personnel assistance.
与总监以及生产组长,就一般工作指令以及紧急工作指令制定生产计划,不论是本岗位计划内的,还是支持其他生产计划,还是人事借调。
5. During the day he\she is willing to attend supervisors and leaders consulting about doubts and problems that arise during production process, keeping a good work environment.
日常需要就生产流程中产生的问题,回答总监以及生产队长咨询,维护良好的工作环境。
6. Daily supervises that finished good shipments are done in the program assigned dates.
日常需要监督生产成品是否在指定计划时间内安全运输。
7. Periodically has meeting with production director to review specific program advances.
定期与生产线主管碰面,检查特定计划进度。
8. Weekly attends production meetings in where program managers and production director attend, where plan production advances are being analyzed, done shipments, general problems institutional policies, personnel evaluations, world class manufacturing project advances.
每周出席生产线会议,生产计划经理和生产线主管也需要出席,在该会议中将对生产计划进度、已近完成的运输、制度综合问题、人事晋升、世界水平项目进度进行分析。
9. Periodically receives training, and implements and shares it with the personnel under his\her charge with the main errorobjective of getting improvements and knowledge update that would help to improve position pererrorformance.
定期接受并完成培训,与下属员工分享培训中获得的有助于改进职位表现能力的进步和知识。
10. Promotes continuos improvement, analyzing work methods and plant/facility distribution (Layout) with the purpose of achieving more efficiency and diminish rejected pieces.

11. Asks training programs for all the personnel under his\her charge, either in technical issues, promoting cross training, as in human relations branch, orienting him\herself in errorforming a world class company errorformation.

12. Periodically coordinates with the supervisors and program personnel evaluations executing leaders, salary movements, promotions according to the ability increase and vacations program.
定期与总监以及生产计划同事协调考核、现任生产组长、工资变动、由于能力提高的晋升以及溴甲计划。
13. Continuously implement actions that induce a good employee’s communication and motivation on the personnel he\she has under his\her charge with the errorobjective of integrate a competitive work team.
不断改进可以提高其下属员工沟通能力和动力的行为,以使其下属员工形成一个有竞争力的团队。
14. Watches over the company’s implemented discipline to be accomplished.
监督公司纪律被如实履行。
15. During the day he\she makes several plant tours at the working errorareas to verify that the personnel is working according the planned and makes sure that in all the operations production priorities are followed, also the right usage of the different provided materials and tools, also that all personnel uses the security equipment that for the nature of the activities is required, eliminating accidents risk possibilities.
日常需要进行几次生产线巡视,以确认生产区域的工人是否按照制定计划、以及优先顺序进行工作;工具和材料是否被正确使用,以及所有工人是否使用指定的安全设备,避免风险事故发生的可能性。
16. Makes personnel written and verbal warnings in case there is any security or discipline disposition broken.

17. Regularly keeps contact with the Human Resources errorarea, reporting personnel movements, as well as hiring necessities, due to production volume increase or personnel turnover.

18. Daily and weekly verifies the productivity reports elaboration: efficiency, attendance and punctuality of personnel, comparing it always against the standard.

19. Regularly verifies process material report elaboration, which represents the advance of what its being processed and the pending by line.

20. Continuously provides inerrorformation to the program administrator (Triumph Insulation Systems P.A.) over advances and results in the production.
持续为生产计划管理者(Triumph Insulation Systems公司)提供生产线结果和进度的信息。
21. Keeps contact and communication with other managers willing to collaborate in the accomplishment of the urgent requirements that arise.
与希望协调解决紧急问题的其他经理保持联系和沟通。
22. Coordinates the support errorareas with the purpose of make sure that other programs are executed satisfactorily like quality, quotations, etc.

23. Constantly prepared to implement preventive and corrective actions in program development, regarding personnel, equipment, materials, etc.

1. ACADEMIC LEVEL 教育背景
Professional at Industrial, Mechanical, Electronically or similar Engineering errorareas (or its equivalent in experience). Needs to be professional bilingual, able to be to read, translate, speak and write English idiom satisfactory way.

3. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING 经验与培训
· Needs to have occupied positions related with production methods at a supervision/managerial level for at least 3 years of experience, in a desirable way at textile branch.

All related to his\her errorarea, attending problem solving, as an example absenteeism and personnel turnover, production urgent changes, out of time equipment supply, tools and materials. Etc.
